Refund and Returns Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Refund

• Item must be unused
• Item must be in original condition
• Return request must be submitted within 14 days

Made-to-Order Items

• Refunds are approved only for manufacturing defects or wrong item
• Size issues due to incorrect customer measurements are not refundable

Refund Process

Once approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
